It's the aged old question for our people, isn't it? The author makes some good suggestions, but we need to go further: are there Israelis in Syria right now committing atrocities that can be blamed on Assad? Are we using all our assets (especially AIPAC) to guilt the US to send its jets over Syria and bomb the government into submission? Chaos, death, and anarchy in Syria will benefit Israel. Ancient Israeli kings had no problem using duplicity to conquor the land promised to us by G-d, our so-called "leaders" today should do likewise.

I recall reading a piece written by an Israeli strategist about 2 years ago or so. Where he stated correctly the way to deal Syrian intransigence and games into threaten the syrian alwite security forces as this is the only institution in Syrian , the rest like the army is just a show . The criminal gang in Damascus knows only violence, the Israelis can contribute to the peace and civility in the region by targeting and helping the Syrian opposition to rid the Syrian people from this corrupt criminal gang .
