OF COURSE AN INSTITUTION LIKE AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL, HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH AND THE ENTIRE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION COULD GIVE UN-ASKED ADVICE AND AN ALTERNATIVE/SOLUTION FOR THE ''ISRAELI''/''ISRAELI''-JEWISH PEOPLE AS FOR EVERY COUNTRY/PEOPLE.

The appropriate comment should have been "it's inappropriate for me to comment on an internal Israeli matter", but of course they had to interfere with their opinions, angering the Israeli population, and of course, the government. "[We] don't fund 'political organizations', only 'human rights' projects" ... you have the balls to say something like that? All foreign government reps such as Hague, Clinton, this tool from the EU and others who are up in arms over this are exposing themselves as the corruptors of, and interlopers in Israeli democracy. AIPAC may be advocating for Israel, but it isn't funded by Israel - all donations are from Americans. This law needs to be worded properly so that non-political NGOs don't get harmed, but then it has to be enacted.

The foreign funding bill hurts Israel in the long run. You may not want to allow foreigners to fund left leaning organizations, but that is what takes place in a democracy. American Jews help fund NGOs on all sides of the political spectrum. This bill will only serve to alienate Israel's strongest supporters. When Israel stops acting like a democracy international support will be even harder to find than it is today.

Only a weak and puny government would allow foreign governments to fund organizations within its land that undermine its security, well being and policies. Those that are upset are probably in support of those doing the undermining. Requirement of being democratic should not be; cowardice, naiveness, foolishness, and political correctness.

The law applies to all organizations, not only leftist ones and Ynet should have specified that. However, currently the situation is that the majority of this type of funding goes to organizations that are leftist.

If not, then why should Israel allow foreign gov'ts to fund the terrorists that we deal with? Yes it was banned, but they still gor funds. Funnnily enough the majprity of the British people aupported a United Ireland. IM irish born and raised in England. They equate the state of Israel with the treatment you received historically. Do you want to be seen like that? Really? We dont want to see you harmed. Never again.
