Targeting civilian targets with random mortar fire used to be called "terror". I understand "terror" is defined differently today and some people even use it to describe IDF soldiers operating against non-uniformed targets using civilians as shields. It used to be that no one needed a definition and no one argued. Since Ararfat became a Nobel prize winning man of peace, the definition has become confused. I object.

the Iron Dome can't identify the destination to locate the launch area. It is supposed that the Iron Dome would have identified the destination in those five incidents and act accordingly, which it had not.
