It is incredibly naieve to expect IDF soldiers to be motivated about throwing their families out of homes that were previously endorsed by Israeli governments. Even more so during the middle of a deadly war for survival, as what took place during Lebanon 2 when the IDF were urged to finish the job and then take care of further 'evacuations' evictions. Leaving thousands of decent citizens on the edge regarding the legality of their homes is cruel and politically insane. I'm 100% against what these wreckless youth are doing and see that as totally illegal. However, to behave as if their is no motivating factor behind such criminal acts is also dumb! Israel has been trying for so long to be the good guy. And? What was it good for? Jews have been trying for so long and through so many attempts to live in good neighborhood with Arabs. And? It's now 44 years ago, when Israel took over the "disputed territories", the land of the patriarchs and it still has not been able to come up with a clear position on the issue. There must be a clear cut that tells everybody, where the the borders are! If Israel cannot negotiate the borders together with the stateless Arabs, it must fix the borders on its own. As a consequence, Israel must annex the biggest part of Judea and Samaria and offer help to the stateless Arabs to relocate to territories that will be reserved to Arabs. There must be territories where Arabs can live without Jews, because their representatives made it more than clear, that this is what they want. And Israel must issue the price list for hostile actions that originate from these Arab territories!
