1. Gas from Tshuva will give IEC a reason to raise prices!
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (12.17.11)
And, of course, to give themselves a fat raise in salary!
2. Bad economic move...move to coal its cheap
Al   (12.17.11)
available and you wont be owned by a Tshuva who takes his money out of Israel on a regular basis. He just lost a fortune in las Vegas. He is not your friend and he shows it all the time. Of course you wont listen to common sense and so the people who need electricity will pay thru the nose. You'll learn what we already know. Putting your infrastructure needs in the hands of a Tshuva will only weaken you. Move to coal, its cheap, its freely available everywhere and most importantly its very competitive.
3. # 2 what about the noxious fumes
Susya Bar Dror ,   IL   (12.18.11)
emitted by the stacks in Hadera? Must be tons every day. The yellowish fumes are noxious and very dangerous. Apparently the IEC has no filters in the stacks and its cheaper without filters.
4. Israel really needs to do something about these monopolies.
Henry from New York ,   USA   (12.18.11)
5. Console yourselves
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (12.18.11)
The Egyptian's can now be told to keep their gas and inhale it, removing Egypt's perpetual threat to cancel the existing gas deal unless Israel accepts new extortionate prices
6. #4 Henry - What of monopolies in USA
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (12.19.11)
Telephone, Cable Companies, Oil Componies, and the worst of all Banks & Wallstreet? You have more than enough on your plate at home in NY
