AND THE ENTIRE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION IN THAT FACT HAS A/THE DUTY TO SUPPORT THE KOREAN PEOPLE.

TELL THAT TO THE NORTH KOREAN PEOPLE, TO THE GOVERNMENT OF NORTH KOREA AND TO CHINA AND TO YOUR "UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION".
