31. 30 Charles,please be accurate..
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (12.20.11)
You are talking about a minority. The majority are fine people, and are hurt with your comment.
32. Charles, did you read the article
shua ,   jerusalem   (12.20.11)
It says that it is a loud minority. Believe it or not charedi men join the armed forces, work, pay taxes, etc. ZAKA, Hatzolah are a few examples of your charerdim not giving to Israel, right? Great idea for you because you seem to have so much free time giving to your country, name me 3 charity organizations that aren't religiuosly run. Fair is fair!

If you really are a 'fine majority', why on earth do you remain silent? Too scared to speak up? haven't you heard of free speech? for heaen's sake, if these maniaca really are a minority, then why don't you,the fine majority, make your voices heard? Until you do, nothing will change. You are all silent while more and more your cracy minority tries to impose its mad ideas: no female singing in public, with IDF soldiers being advised to use earplugs?? Afraid of even being anywhere near a woman who's not your wife? Are you so afraid of being "defiled?" G-d made men and women, designed for procreation, so accept it.
35. 34 Madeleine,did you speak up ...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (12.20.11)
against the expulsion of the Gush Katif residents?
36. Ora , and if a majority thinks that leaving
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (12.20.11)
Gush Katif was the right thing to do ? What has gush katif to do with the charidim trying to impose their lifestyle on us ? Did you oppose the charidim throwing stones at the Gay parade in Jeruzalem ? or separate sidewalks ? Or separate shopping days for men and women ?
37. ORA , we did'nt hear any charidi opposing it
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (12.20.11)
Only Rav Metzger . Where are the charidim who oppose this segregation ? The majority are fine people ? where are those Fine people ? WHERE ? It's a minority in Beth Shemesh , another "minority" in Betar Illit , a third one in Emanuel , a fourth "minority" in buses , a fifth one on the sidewalks , or throwing stones at the Gay parade . All those "minorities" at the end become a MAJORITY .

Sue: It's give and take on both sides; just like a marriage.
39. 36 Charles You should know...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (12.20.11)
by now, that i am more of a conciliater than a fighter. Did you also think that the Gush Katif expulsion was the right thing to do? I saw tears in the eyes of our soldiers, but they had to follow orders .It was heartbreaking . I really hope,we will find a way to understand ,respect and love each other .
40. 37 Charles Back to school
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (12.20.11)
20 people out of 100+20 people out of 100+20 people out of 100=60 people out of 300.Still a minority. It is not because the FINE majority doesn t interest Y net, that it doesn t exist. They are not fighters. You will find them as volunteers to help old and sick people.Have a fine Hanuka,Charles.Be happy.
41. Ora , i know you already
Charles ,   Petach Tikva   (12.20.11)
With your "tout le monde il est beau , tout le monde il est gentil" , but you have to be more realistic . It are those 20 % [ or less ] charidim , who bring this hatred . And by volunteering they don't feed their families . Yes , i regretted it , but leaving gush katif was the right thing to do . The same with the Sinai , i regretted that we had to leave it , an take some 2000 people back to our country .

I appreciate fine atheists,in spite of Hitler Stalin and their atheists followers. I expect from higher class people, you included, that they are able to appreciate differently fine and bad Haredi. Thus not hate all Haredi because of a minority.

You "sent" your wife? I didn't even need to finish reading your comment to call BS. You are just like them, hiding under some sort of tolerant guise. Oh, your wife is so lucky to be "sent" somewhere by you like a child going to summer camp.
45. Where are the moderate SECULARS!!!
Daniel Lefkowitz ,   Jerusalem Israel   (12.26.11)
We are told again and again that the secular are the vanguards of pluralism respect for other cultures and that haredim are insular and disrespectful. And yet Moshe, a chareidi from Jerusalem announces to all that he is from the moderate chareidi camp, and that he despises the actions taken by self proclaimed zealots. His post is immediately followed by what I, another chareidi moderate feel is the typical secular attitude, Nadav from Tel Aviv, comparing Chareidim to Fundamental Islam (best known for its suicide bombings). By the way - interesting that the only account of the so called "Israeli Rosa Parks" incident that the secular press seems to take into account is from Rosenblit. And when the chareidim's side does get publicity by the mainstream press it is with the caveat "Chareidim claim", as though their account is completely untrustworthy and that the sainted Ms Parks, err, I mean Ms Rosenblit could not have a possible reason to lie.
