notyourbuisness ,   arad   (02.09.12)
Please fact check your article. I'm well aware of Bedouins driving and working on MDA Ambulances. Hura has its own ambulance and is fully staffed by arabs.
10. Forgot ethnicity
Nic ,   UK   (02.09.12)
it's nice to see any woman setting an example by hard work
11. she is not the 1rst muslim driver
JL   (02.09.12)
nor is she the first female muslim driver...so why make up a story that is factually untrue??
12. Kihia
Marc   (02.09.12)
Kihia is an example of professionalism and coexistence. I would like to see more stories about people like her. It's such people to people contact that can lay the foundation of betetr understanding and perhaps one day peace.
13. This wonderful young woman ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.10.12)

15. To #13 Sarah B
Yonah ,   AK   (02.10.12)
My thoughts exactly. If she's saving a life, the person she's saving won't be concerned with anything besides her saving his life. I've missed seeing your posts. I wonder if this posts
16. Wow ! I'm impressed, Kol haKavod !
Yossef   (02.10.12)

G-d/Hashem/Allah Bless you mubarak Kihia ! Whether you save the life of a Muslim as yourself or a Jew like me or whoever - you save a life - you save the world xxx

Congratulations to this young woman, to whom I wish the brightest future!
19. Apartheid State? - When and Where ?
Abu Yussef al Yahudi ,   Bue_Aires_Argentina   (02.11.12)
Well, well, well - and this is the tiny country that the Antisemites call an APARTHEID STATE? If this brave lady were living in an Muslim Country, surely she won´t be allowed to work, nor to drive an vehicle, and she will be compelled forcefully to cover her pretty hair too. And a final question, - Where are the posts of the Racist Anti-Jew individuals, like graczek of USA, Tomek of Poland, Mahmood of London, Edithann, Observer of Egypt, Eporue of Europe, Salma , etc. etc. etc. , regarding this POSITIVE issue in Israel? - - I´ve NOT seen neither positive nor negative comments of none of them in this Talkbacks. KOL HAKAVOD for this brave woman and for the State of Israel, the ONLY real Democratic Country in the Middle East. Shabat Shalom
20. I also want to associate with all her fans and wellwishers
Alan ,   SA   (02.11.12)
21. There are TONS of Muslim drivers in MADA
Michal ,   Israel   (02.13.12)
I volunteer for MADA for the past 7 years. There are TONS of Muslim drivers in Mada. This article is ridiculous. I suspect this is Mada's campaign for ingratiating with the Red Cross...
22. False!
Gavriel Brown ,   New York   (02.14.12)
There are tens of Muslim drivers, many I know on a personal level. She is the first Palestinian driver.
23. Muslim Drivers
Dani ,   Canada   (02.14.12)
I've volunteered over 500 hundred hours with Mada, and a chunk of those hours were with Muslim paramedics and drivers. Don't feed those who don't know better lies.
24. honestly this looks like a publicity stunt to me
steven   (02.19.12)
is this supposed to cover up/whitewash decades of israeli crimes or something? funny
