1. Ice Festival sounds like a great idea and
it would be great to have such an annual event; even better if the ice skating rinks remained year around for use and enjoyment for all. The ice sculptures in Harbin, China are an amazing fanatsy

Why will this be set up by people from China? I understand that there are amazing ice sculptures in China, but I have no doubt that there are Israelis that could do the job. Why should Jerusalem's most unique sites be sculpted in ice here in Jerusalem by non-Israelis???
