I'm getting a bit tired of the non-Israelis criticizing us. Yes, Jews out of Israel should have some say (small I think) in our politics. Israel is the JEWISH state. But internal affairs like this - those of you who live outside of Israel really are not here and do not know what's happening. Stay out and let us deal with our own problem.
32. Such a spirit of Zion! Way to go Israel! I love you!

DonĀ“t be absurd Beer Sheva! The real shock for us in not in seeing conservatively clad jews - we have that in Vienna too! - but more the fact that there is a sect that forces women out of public life! This is not about jews and non-jews but about core principles of the equality between the sexes/genders! NO tolerance against discrimination!

There can be no middle ground between sanity and madness. How dare they even try to endanger other people? Hello? That is a shame in itself and should be made public and fought against every. damn. time! I am no Jew. But i have an interest in them staying a part of the western culture now and forever. You belong to US. Not to religious insanity! Godspeed. You are not alone in your justified and righteous battle.

You are so negative. You think you are in some isolated quarter of the world? Think again. OF course everything that goes in Israel is of importance to the western world (and beyond) Why must everyone deal with his problems alone? That is a recipe for disaster! Actually suicide candidates and dictators use the very same reasoning: We dont need any help we have no problems everything is okay and so on... That is not the right way. The right way is searching and getting help!

Actually he was precise: ULTRA-orthodox. Haredi. He was very precise and didnt attack orthodox, modern orthodox or far right Jews. I am sorry for what happened to Naro. That was so...unfair. Your honesty Naro did indeed give you justice and is something we should value highly.

Lol. Ahhh how i missed the good old Jewish humor. Thank you!
38. Does anyone know the name of the yeshiva?
Revuen Ben-Pesach ,   Kfar Saba, Israel   (12.28.11)
It would be a good idea to search the US IRS Form 990 to see who funds them and seek IRS revocation of tax-exempt status.
39. #10 Haredi left alone
Rachel   (12.28.11)
but that is the problem #10 isn't it? The Haredi, Orthodox, extremists are trying to force their values on other people. IF a women wants to walk on the opposite side because she cannot stand the sight of a man- that is her problem- but to FORCE women to do this because of some imaginary threat is getting out of hand. Maybe these sekts should start their OWN country- preferably on the moon. They do not want to be part of Israel- fine- send them away.
40. Women's Segregation
Stephen Block ,   St. Louis, USA   (12.29.11)
If the ultra-Orthodox extremists want to institute Sharia Law, they should join the Taliban.
41. Fear of women
Stephen Block ,   St. Louis, USA   (12.29.11)
If the Haredis are afraid to look at women, they could blindfold themselves before they go out on the street. How could they find their way and get around? Have their women lead them!
42. #31 internal thing? not-
Rachel   (12.29.11)
- the Orthodox want women to walk on the other side of the street? We have had that in Nazi Germany- for all Jews- remember? Anybody who knows history does not believe this is just an internal thing- why do you think Israelis comment on what is happening in Eurabia? Iran? Because it affects ALL of us if a minority starts to harass the rest of the population
