Israel has no extradition treaty/agreement with France.
If France had any backbone, these 2 killers would have been sent back to Israel to stand trial, a long time ago.

Driving is a privilege not a RIGHT! They are responsible for their actions. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. They should accept that the laws where the crimes were committed demand penalties that ALL people must bear if they break the laws. If they want lenient laws of France, let let them only drive in France.
