I think time has come to formalize the Constitution for the State of Israel and that every person (jewish or not) that wants to keep the israeli nationality should pledge allegiance to the flag of Israel and to what it represents. For what I understand, you are talking about picking up a ready-made consitution from the one created for the Netherlands. My friend, Constitutions are specially "taylored-made" for each country and its necessities. The Netherland's constitution may be perfect for them, but WE have to implement OUR own. We can take dozens of Democratic countries' constitutions and extract the best part of each according to our needs and also take the best out of the Netherland's one.
