Amazing, talks have not even started yet Abbas is hinting that if they do not succeed it will be Israel's fault. I guess Abbas is refering to the building programme Israel has in the West Bank. Under the Palestinian Mandate, in Intenational Law, the land West of the Jordan is Israel's so Israel is not guilty of doing anything Illegal by building. In addition to this history shows, If anything talks will break down because of the game playing the Palestinian leadership so frequently undertake.

What will make this any different. and his measures are threats again. a third intifada in the making.. Israel's eventual borders will be negotiated between her and the "Palestinian" arabs. Israel is not required to report to #1 what her positions are, demands, etc. As a matter of fact, it's none of # 1's business regarding anything related to Israel. There's a saying that's appropriate for # 1 - if you've got nothing to do, don't do it here.

If they lobby too hard for sanctions, Israel should ban the import from or export to of items to the Palestinian Authority (including Arab Jerusalemites, 30% of the PA's economy). Israel can also block tax transfers to the PA, ban the employment of Palestinians by Israelis, ban the import or export of products to or from the PA from Israeli airspace or ports, ban tourists from crossing into the West Bank from Israeli territory, and tighten the blockade of Gaza to exclude all but the most basic and necessary materials for survival. You will se the Palestinian economy crumble in weeks.

Israel does not need to talk with the Arab Islamist-Jihadist usurpers. The Land of Israel belongs to the Nation of Israel since ancient time. Why waste time listening to the crap of the usurpers? Everything is ready for a third intifada. Hamas wants the West Bank w/o the PA .The PA wants international recognition w/o Hamas. Israel wants the whole of Jerusalem w/o Hamas and w/o the PA. So why sit down now in Jordan for the n`th time? Just to say: You see, I told you so?

But lets consider the entire environment around Israel, in any discussions of resolving the 100 year old conflict, which was aggravated in 48,when the Arabs refused to accept the Jewish state andattacked instead, followed by the wars in 67 and 73. Had they won, no further talks, no Israel. Had they accepted, 2 states, somewhat different than the current cease fire lines as we all know. In essence, the Arabs have no claim on the land at all. The 48 War negated that. Jordan is EasternPalestine..not home to the Jews (Balfour) but home to indiginious Arabs, the main tribal group, and the offspring mainly of Arabs who left Western Palis. Okay, so how to settle a bi-national state is out. 4m Arabs returning to Israel is out. The Allon Plan, with adjustments forJerusalems diversity, AND linked to Jordan, is the only solution. they are the same people, same language, religion and customs. Jordan/Pales have joint control of the Muslim holy sites. Jews have sovereignty over theirs. Hamas, currently is verboten and has no voice. And besides, a contingent of US Marines stationed in Israel, might send the right message. Oh, re: Iran..as our Republican candiates say,,,no nukes allowed under any circumstances..which means taking out their missile and enrichment sites if Iran continues to violate 4 UNSC resolutions. I ask, what is the alternative?

The Never ending subject "Peace in Israel" WELL there cannot be a more precise ownership for Israel. Read the Old Testament and I am sure the Torah too. GOD gave Abraham and his descendants the Land of Israeal. It is to be from the River in Egypt all the way to the Euphrates In the north. That complicates things because technically Damascus and Much of Syria was given to Abraham and was called the land of Isreal. Bet that doesn't go over too well. However, Whether it does or not, It is still a fact. Written in the oldest books on earth. Promised to Abraham, Issac and Jacob and all their descendants. Sounds Irrefutable to me!!!

How can there possibly be a break through when the Palis have made it quite clear that they don't want peace and as proof they are climbing into bed with Hamas ?
