A civilian scientist along with an innocent passer by are killed in a bomb attack. An act of terrorism if ever there was one. The responsibility most probably lies with a foreign intelligence agency (CIA or Mossad being the most likely candidates). I am against the proliferation of nuclear weapons, but that includes Israeli, American, British, French, Russian, Chinese, North Korean, Pakistani and Indian nuclear weapons as well.
