What is the problem? The iranian leadership are going crazy and started to kill eveyone with some brain-capasity, believing they are israeli spies....thats why ahmadinejad is the leader, no brain.....

35. Good job Mossad
Don ,   indiana   (01.14.12)
I know it was Mossad because Obama does not have the guts for a hit like this. He had no choice of hitting Binladen, he has an election coming up and he campaigned on the Bush administration not hitting Osama. Good job Mossad
36. Ron Ben-Yishai is a top notch journalist...

who can be trusted to deliver the goods. When he talks, I take pause.
37. CIA...pffff
John ,   Australia   (01.14.12)
It's definitely not the work of the CIA, they were rounded up recently in Beirut, & the whole station was "out of Business", they were convicted in Italy for their rendition operation, were caught asleep in 9/11, took them 10 years to capture bin laden, who was under their nose, lost their tech toys (drones)...bunch of incompetents add to them a sissy Obama!!!
38. Good Job Obama
Anthony ,   New York   (01.14.12)
Everyone says Mossad should get the credit for the killing of the Iranian nuclear scientists but I believe the Obama Administration did it out of US Democrats' deeply rooted hatred of those who would attempt to deploy peaceful civilian nuclear power.
39. #37 You're right, it wasn't the CIA
esnuffnstl ,   USA   (01.14.12)
This hit was too crude for the CIA. Most likely it was the work of a local, especially given the public spectacle of it--occuring exactly one year after a similar attack. Whoever did this, it will nevertheless help the US and those working with the US to stop Iran's nuclear program. It allows the CIA to go to various Iranian scientists with a message: "look, we can kill you any time. See what happened to your pal? So cooperate with us, give us some information." )

You mean their troops aren't in Iraq - which they have invaded several times, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Gaza? We do know better than that.

OK, so lets arrest all the scientists from Dimona and ship them to the Hague for trial. What? That's not what you meant? Explain how it's different.

I wonder how much smirking Israeli officials will do when they completely unprotected scientists working all over the world soon end up dead fumbling with their door keys
46. A Concerned Jew
Shelley Goldstone ,   Berkeley, CA, USA   (01.22.12)
As an American and as a Jew, I would like to tell the Iranian people that Mr. Ben-Yishai and the actions of the State of Israel do NOT speak for me or my relatives. I have an enormous amount of respect for the Iranian people and the beautiful Persian language. I have not forgotten that Iran's large and vibrant Jewish community is the world's purest and most ancient. Assassinating intellectuals and scientists is something that was conducted by the Soviets or Gestapo officers. I am heartened by news that scores of Iranian students have decided to study Nuclear Engineering in light of recent illegal (putatively Israeli) targeted assassinations of scientists. If the will of the Iranian people be to pursue nuclear technology, I wish them the best of luck and congratulate them on their desire to seek--arguably--sustainable energy alternatives. It is the height of hypocrisy when states like Israel--an international pariah--or the US (the only country to use nuclear weapons on innocent people) to dictate to the Iranian people what they may or may not do in their own country.
