@#1 - Israel has a death penalty. Unfortunately, for some reason, it is never invoked. It was used once - to execute Eichman. It should be used on every terrorist who is convicted of murder. It's the only way to prevent these animals from being released in future exchanges. It would also go a long way to deter kidnappings.

During Cast Lead innocent people died as a result of Hamas weapons caches being hidden amongst residential neigborhoods and Hamas firing rockets from same. This is called collateral damage.
