All source is tested and has quality assurance overseen by US Microsoft employees before it is compiled in the US. This falls in line with the requirement for security by the US government. That "tiny bit of code that is less than good for you" is a lie. Microsoft SDETs, QA team and lead programmers would see this bad code and FIRE any cheap contractor from Egypt that might try write in malicious code.

Don't you guys think that if hackers cared about it being criminal then they wouldn't be hacking in the first place? The fact is you need hackers to counter their hackers. It's a crime to shoot another person. However, you have armed criminals and other countries with armies that have guns they wish to use against you means you need police and an army otherwise they (whoever they are) will kick your butt. if rockets are fired from gaza into Israel from schools and hospitals, wounding, possibly killing Israelis, and life in Israel is disrupted because of these attacks, than Israel has no right to defend herself and her people and attack and destroy the source of the rockets, even if it means possibly harming civilians?
