1. Gingrich is tackling bankable dirt on Obama,
Devorah   (01.22.12)
such as his close association with Saul Alinsky, the bum, which is something I never expected any of the candidates to do. And that's not to mention that Gingrich is the most pro-Israel candidate. Meanwhile, Romney said he "might" release his tax records in April. I read a report about how many millions he has in off-shore accounts. I wonder how much he has invested in Mormon magic underwear. To be sure, Israel has to concern itself about Israel first, but it is important to know what's going on with our U.S. "ally," too.
2. Obama's aim is to weaken America from within the Oval Office
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (01.22.12)
a bit like Israel's version of Tibi/Zoabi, only much, much worse, because his cover is so slick. You can bet your bottom dollar that he is intent on doing the same thing to Israel, and Bibi Netanyahu is wise in dealing with him as with a viper laying in the weeds.
3. pot calling kettle black
Mr. Dan ,   Beersheva, Israel   (01.22.12)
Isn't that like the white pot calling the kettle black? Two fanatics, meet in a debate. The incumbent wins.
4. Truth
tombaka ,   Florida   (01.22.12)
He's more liberal than anyone in that party right now and is just a figure head for the real leaders of this country that are trying to destroy it from the inside. If that's not the truth then O has to be the dumbest human to ever run for office.
5. Gingrich speaks the truth !
Arctodus Simus ,   Fort Yukon-Alaska   (01.22.12)
Whhat Obama did to the middle east, with the downfalll of the Mubarak regime in Egypt and the victorys of the msulim brotherhood, the withdrawal of Iraq at the moment where Iran is meddling mùore and more in Baghadad is the proof he will do more harm than carte rdid in 1979
6. Newt, the poison for Obama
Mel ,   Chicago   (01.22.12)
Vote for him. Obama days will soon be over.
7. Entertaining Primary Season
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (01.22.12)
And now they move on to Florida where Gingrich can peddle his Dickensian Future view for America to the people there. And Romney will probably start asking him why the Republicans threw him out of the Speakership. Then Gingrich can ask why Romney is hiding his money offshore and not paying his taxes. Not to be outdone, Santorum can talk about his Constitutional Amendments to change it so marriage is pure and birth control is outlawed and we can again hunt gay witches in the military. The US isn't yet an Iranian theocracy, but who knows with Santorum?
8. Soon Planet of the Apes shall come into being, except
tom ,   tel aviv   (01.22.12)
that it'll be populated by ignorant masses of which 1/2 will deem "radical", the notion of Earth being round and the other 1/2 will chop off heads of everybody that doesn't pray 5 times a day with his ass up in the air,180 degrees towards Mekka! The remaining 30% will go crazy with frustration...:-))
9. I am afraid Obama will win the next election
Al   (01.22.12)
In July 2008 I predicted Obama will win and today I say the same. It is not good for Israel. I hope I am wrong however I'm afraid I am right on this one. The republicans are set to lose the election only for the fact that their star candidate is too weak, too shallow and cant get it together. As for Ron Paul, I am disgusted that he is anywhere near the republican party. As for Gingrich I am afraid he is a blowheart and not to be trusted in the least. He just got 5M from Adelson of Las Vegas, so he talks positive about Israel, the truth is he is not to be trusted. Israel is in a pickle either way. The next 4 years will be very ugly.
10. The Leftists are driving this campaign
Paul ,   Jerusalem   (01.22.12)
The Leftist reporter who intended to humiliate Gingrich handed him a stunning victory. As they say, 'Give them enough rope and they will hang themselves'. Now their 'radical', unworthy, invented President in their invented world, will have to face the reality that only Gingrich is capable of delivering.

Any view is far better than Obama's "Hope & Change" which turned into a nightmare of regualtions, Obamacare, gas prices doubling since he took office, Unemployment is still ove 8% although he promised it wouldn't go any higher than 8% if he got his Stimululs money, which has failed to stimulate Go buy one of GM's electric cars, nobody wants them, even though they're susbsidized to the tune of $250,000 by the Americn Taxpayer You already have a bureaoracy, Obama has added a couple of hundred thousad federal employees to the payroll, along with all their benefits
12. A second Obama term in office would unfold destructions
Rivkah   (01.22.12)
on America in his socialist agenda that I don't want to think about. Let's just hope he is not re-elected. But it looks like another McCain situation with an oldster the young won't vote for, having no respect for experience and wisdom. They prefer an incompetent who is younger to a seasoned candidate who is older, is what the last US Presidential election told me.
13. Florida will be interesting
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.22.12)
There is a large Jewish population in Florida, probably the majority of them retirees. Obama has done nothing for them, despite lavish campaign promises in 2008 to improve government support of elder care and elder health issues. These are people who are largely indoctrinated Democrats, and grew up steeped in the tradition that you vote the party, not the person. Should be interesting. Florida is a swing state; arguably one of the most important electoral states in the country. We'll see.

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.22.12)
You are correct. Obama, in three short years, manage to turn the Middle East on its ear. He abandoned loyal allies in Tunisia and Egypt, and who knows where those countries are going. He withdrew troops from Iraq (and trumpeted loudly that he had met a campaign promise), but he left behind an Iraq incredibly susceptible to Iran, and an Iraq which will see a considerable amount of bloodshed in the years to come. Moreover, he hasn't "brought the troops home;" he has merely deployed them elsewhere. The United States is now actively involved in Waziristan, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya and has recently trebled troop strength in South Korea. Obama is -- and has always been -- a fraud and a phony, and an inept one at that. By the way -- love your name. Didn't you go extinct some several hundred thousand years ago? Of course, you were at one time truly the most fearsome mammal to have walked the earth.

Devorah   (01.22.12)
And you may be right. One of the most troubling aspects is that there are an estimated 12 to 20 million illegal citizens in the U.S. (mostly from Mexico) who receive all the benefits - and then some - of legal citizens such as Social Security, drivers' licenses, housing, money for food, etc., free schooling for their children, free medical care, and on and on and on, all at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer. In some cases, the free schooling has had a dumbing down effect on the rest of the students who are forced to learn at the rate of the illegal immigrant students. Obama has been pushing for these illegals to have voting privileges, and some do depending on their state of "residence." There are over 50 million legal Hispanics in the U.S. as it is. They tend to vote Democratic, and they could put Obama over the top. Factor in the illegal votes for Obama, and there is a problem. And don't anybody come down on me for writing this. I am not denegrating Hispanics, but I sure as hell am disgusted with Obama's idea of what is a naturalized citizen, not only regarding these people but, also, HIMSELF!

You really should try and get news from sources other than the Saudi-owned Mews Corp press, especially about conditions in the US. Not all of us are ion the 1%, and few benefit from 1% policies. That trickles down on us, not to us.
19. To: Devorah at No. 17
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.22.12)
So true! Expecially when it comes to the public school system, where the students are forced to function at the level of the slowest students in the class. That is why I have spent well over $1.5 million to educate my children in private schools. But not everyone has that option. There HAS to be a better way. I applaud your stepping up. Education is the key to everything. The sad fact is that public education in the United States has been dumbed down because not all parents have the option of private school. I would have thought that I would be the last person on the face of the earth to say this, but home schooling is looking better and better, I went to public school for all twelve years of elementary and secondary education. I went to a high school called the Bronx High School of Science, where I received a better education than that for which I pay for my children -- exorbitantly, I might add. The saddest fact is that children that emerge from American public high school these days are functionally illiterate. SAT scores are shockingly low. We need to re-evaluate the whole system. It's not a question of elitism (at least for me -- I can, thankfully, afford to pay private school tuition). But many people cannot, and their children have to operate at the level of the lowest student in their class. That really does need to change, if the United States is to preserve itself.
