A while ago, there was an explosion at a steel plant. No one knew why Israel would target a steel plant, until it was revealed that it made steel used for centrifuges. Likewise, this guy was either working for the Iranian missile program, or somehow involved in Iran's relations with terrorists (Hamas, Hezbollah, etc). The truth will come out in due time.

I don't see how anyone can make conclusions based on the lack of details in the article. on the surface I'd think it was NOT Mossad as it seemed like a messy job with lots of shots, and it was so public. Mossad would seem to be more well-planned and less public. I think it is the opposition in Iran, strengthened by the Arab rebellions.
