The woman was IMMODESTLY (not sparely) dressed: tight jeans, blouse with open color, no head cover, etc. With her dress and behaviour she showed open disrespect for the religious place that she entered and the people there. It was the men's section - not for women, and she tried to use the advertising board without permission. No doubt, she did it on purpose.
