2. God bless you sir. you do me proud..
Al   (01.29.12)
When my kids were with me in Canada, I taught them how to shoot bolt action rifles. Today, they are better prepared to serve as soldiers in Israel. You sir are teaching the kids of Israel pride in their capabilities. The days of the Jew allowing himself to be led to his death is over. I only wish the present day PM and his DM would understand that. They seem to pander to the anti-semites, and thats too bloody bad for the Jews in Israel.
3. cynic
Ethan Schwartz ,   Eilat   (01.29.12)
sorry for being a cynic, but something in his biography seems bogus.
4. good for you David
alexi   (01.29.12)
David, you are doing great service to Israel by training haredi in martial arts. Not only the kids but people like livni, olmert, haber, beilin and peres need or needed it to strengthen their decision making as too many israeli MKs are governed by fear. keep up the good work David!
5. Set me up!

10. 3 - something in his biography seems bogus ,...
split ,   US   (01.29.12)
Hmm, 4 years, standard active duty enlistment program at the end of his four-year active duty period, he would then have to spend 4 years in US ready 'on call' in his unit as an active reservist but he went to Japan and ended up in Israel (nothing about Iraq or Afghanistan) - Did he enrolled and finish a College during his duty ? ,... Was about to congratulate him for being a one of those 'very few and proud', a US Marine but he sold his soul to become a squatter on stolen land.
11. Valuable
Eli ,   Canada   (01.29.12)
Seems like a great guy providing a valuable service to the people of Itamar. For those questioning his background, you guys are morons. I know from experience that it is not easy to make the transition from secular to more observant, so I have a lot of respect for this man.
12. 10 - Bogus
Erich   (01.29.12)
I was about to congratulate #10 on his ability to string together words on a keyboard, but then I realized that he confuses a nation returning to their rightful land with what he is doing, illegally squatting on land he stole from the Native Americans.
13. Good to see
Jake ,   NY USA   (01.29.12)
Good to see Dave is still doing the right thing. Hatzlacha.

15. Semper Fidelis is more than just wierd Latin///
rob ,   Orangevale USA   (01.29.12)
This Marine brother exemplifies the highest traditions of our Marine Corps. He is filled with Gods love and unbending desire to protect the precious assets of Israel, namely, the children. I take my cover (hat, for the civilians) off for him and his new-found mission. He is one of the few, the proud, the Marines. Semper Fidelis. (always faithful) Once a Marine, ALWAYS a Marine! Ooh Rah! Shalom Israel, Rob

Way to go, David.
19. Semper Fi to all the Marines
Joseph ,   New York USA   (01.31.12)
A big ooh-rah to Rob and every other US Marine, regardless of when they served. My brother David grew tremendously during his active service period with the USMC, and our family will always have a special respect and love for the larger Marine Corps family. Thanks for the comments, and Semper Fidelis.
