1. Not Good

ECI was among other things working for the IDF: Since the russians are connected with Iran, isn't it a little bit risky?
2. Gone are its glory days
Ex-ECI head office   (02.02.12)
When David Rubner was head of ECI it was a vibrant, innovative and successful company. Its gone down hill ever since he left. Staff morale was high, and we were proud to say we worked for ECI Telecom
3. That's strange.

4. #3 agreed. At the time, I was proud being an ECI employee
Ex-ECI employee   (02.03.12)
I left in 2001 when it was clear that ECI management had neither vision nor courage, and it was retreating from key markets. The new management was afraid to fight competition and was always blaming the lower echelons for its strategic failures. I was so disillusioned that one day I simply decided to leave. It was painful to leave my friends there, but sooner or later, all of them left for better companies or startups. ECI never recovered from that massive brain drain.
