You want to annihilate 80 million Iranian civilians (that includes probably somewhat 30 million children) as a response to an Iranian threat. So far Israel has not shown any nuclear weapon capability. Saying vague things about having it does not prove much. Real tests of nuclear weapons are mandatory before a weapon can be used. So, conventional strike is all Israel can deliver at this time.
