G-d bless these wonderful children, who are conquering personal adversity and contributing.
I live in the United States about six months of the year. My firm hires special-needs people, and gives them jobs which are important -- it may not seem important to the casual observer, but I really do care if my hand deliveries get sent. I really do care that my copying jobs get done. I really do care that my mail is received on time.
I hope that there are more than those who are simply mentally disabled, and I would hope that major companies in Israel recognize the brightness of the smiles and the unqualified willingness to help.
My firm tends to hire the mentally disabled. But there is nothing wrong with the brains of the physically disabled, and they can contribute wonderfully. G-d bless these wonderful people!
