1. PA and Hamas are now one. Truly no one to talk to!
Michael Redbourn ,   Arad Israel   (02.11.12)
The PA uniting with Hamas is perhaps the best thing that has happened for Israel in decades. Maybe Abbas is working for Mosad? Just kidding/
2. Settling the land...
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.11.12)
The problem is that they want to also settle land that doesn't belong to us...
3. Right, and Hamas....
David ,   Haifa   (02.11.12)
consists only of true freedom fighters! NOT!
4. I am in FULL support of Migron !!!!!!
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (02.11.12)
I am a Zionist.
5. We must DEMAND unrestricted Judea/Samaria building.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.11.12)
Likud's Constitution is crystal clear in endorsing massive Jewish building in Judea and Samaria. So is the verdict of the overwhelming majority of Israeli Jews. Elections tell us that. Polls tell us that. There is no excuse for racist anti-Jewish restrictions on Judea and Samaria building. We must DEMAND unrestricted Jewish building throughout our land.
6. Lo zu haderech - this is not our way
Avramele   (02.11.12)
Dillussional nonsense. First, it is the state which defines it's boundaries and borders not individuals. Second, loyalty to the land does not trump the imperative to achieve rapprochement with the Arab residents who are the majority in the occupied territories and reject Israeli control of their lives. A bigger Zionism requires a smaller morally and strategically territorial presence where a solid Jewish majority exists. Let both people get on with their lives and let the IDF handle threats from outside the defined borders of the state. Partition always made sense and still does even if Palestinians reject the concept. The apartheid and expulsion alternatives are both immoral and not feasible.
7. If mainstream Israel doesn't wake up it'll be futile!
tom ,   tel aviv   (02.11.12)
As long as the're called "settlers" by the post-Zionist govt. of today's Israel we don't stand big chance against the well orchestrated assault of the Arabs on our claim to this Land. We certainly have more rights than the French have to what's today called "France" or Austrians to "Austria". If we leave our collective fate in the hands of the professional politicians we might wake up one day with no country to speak of. Remember, some of these "well respected" morons were ready to give away Golan just few months ago! Peace in Our Times is still spooking in the Knesset -Corridors....
8. Migron or Migrane
Money time ,   Israel   (02.11.12)
No matter what, we shall have to pay for this stolen land sometime.
9. Migron is an ugly mutation of a high ideal
PaulZion ,   Israel   (02.11.12)
To even CLAIM in the same breath that these anarchistic right wing racist religious zealots are the same as Trumpeldor, A.D. Gordon and other pioneering Chalutzim, who were trying to build a new, moral society based on equality, labor and Zionism, and whose endeavors helped mark the borders of our country, is sick and twisted. Shame on them and on David Ha'Ivri.
10. Avremele &PaulZion are OK!
(02.11.12)
David Ha'ivri is a messianic dreamer, fanatic. Without a reasonable partition it will NEVER be peace. We must annex only the great blocs (Ariel, Maaleh Adumim, Gush Etzion and evacuate all the Itamars, Tapuachs, Nokdims, Migrons, approx. 30.000 settlers. This will suffice for a pragmatic interim solution. Otherwise will be senseless bloodletting,
11. Add my name to the prevoius comment
frankie ,   Tel Aviv   (02.11.12)

12. To Money time # 8
FO ,   Belgium   (02.11.12)
I challenge you to explain, based on International Law, your notion of "stolen land" in connection with Judea and Samaria. I'm waiting for your answer !
13. US should not support Israel
Mike from Tampa ,   Tampa   (02.11.12)
US should not support Israel as long as they are allowing settlements
14. Ben Gurion and Sharon understood our mission and our reality
Avramele   (02.11.12)
We are returning to our ancestoral homeland to build a sustainable defenseable state with a Jewish majority. To make the vision a reality we took hard-nosed steps that some might questions but were historically necessary but for which we need not apologize. But what was defenseable in 1948 is not smart Zionism today. Today the same cold logic calls for withdrawal to a border roughly parallel to the security fence. Again, no apologies. Ivri's beautiful strong children, and I am sure they are beautiful and strong, can build our collective future in the Negev, galil and the coastal plain.
15. #10 learn facts
Amihai ,   Yesha   (02.11.12)
Migron is in the middle of the bloc of Binyamin, a few kilometer est of Kohav Yaakov and Psagot and another few kilometers west of Adam. And just farther north of Migron, you'll find Beit-El and Ofra.
16. #2, 6, 8, 9, & 10
Jonathan ,   MN/US   (02.11.12)
Ok everyone, see this? THIS IS CALLED LOGIC! LOOK. LISTEN. LEARN. Oh and Sarah B, before you say anything answer this. Why hasnt Israel formaly annexed the west bank?
17. #7. End evil policy of Israeli retreat once and for all.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.11.12)
#7. You make an excellent point. The same morons who want to cede much of Judea and Samaria also wanted to cede the Golan a mere few months ago. Every single time Israel has cede part of our Homeland. the results are tragic. Israel's worst problems all stem from retreats. It is way past time to end the evil policy of Israeli retreat once and for all.
18. #14. Which Israeli retreats would you call "smart"?
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.11.12)
#14 Avramele. You say Jewish building in Judea and Samaria is "not smart Zionism" today. What Israeli retreats would you call smart? Would you call fleeing Gaza smart? It costs Israel endless wars and rockets on our cities and towns.. Would you call handing our land over to the P.A. smart? It's costing us an enormous increase in terror and making Israel more vulnerable to our enemies both inside and outside. Would you call our retreat from Sinai smart? It made Israel far weaker. The heart weeps to think of how strong and rich Israel would be had we wisely kept Sinai. Today, with the Moslem Brotherhood in Egypt growing stronger every day, fleeing Sinai is revealed as utter lunacy. The bottom line: Avramele. Israeli retreat is stupid, suicidal and indefensible.
19. "BIG" ISRAEL= historical&geographical COMPROMISE for BALANCE
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (02.11.12)
20. True if it was your land ...
Jimi ,   Palestine   (02.11.12)
Too odd when a theif says that his mission from god is invest his theft!!!! It wasnt, isn't and will never be your land.
21. Amazing place, amazing people
Aviela ,   MIGRON, ISRAEL   (02.11.12)
In the words of someone who came here (Migron) to speak after the destruction of September 5-6, "Migron is a community where nobody says 'Ba Li' (I feel like it). Everyone says, "Ani Ba." (I'm coming)." It's a place where everyone helps each other and live their lives for the Nation and Land/State of Israel. We invite friendly visitors.
22. Big Israel is smaller than Belgium...
Trumpeldor   (02.11.12)
Jerry the dhimmi would better change terminology
23. Weak peace Chaim is better than a bad Occupation andwar
Avramele   (02.11.12)
The cold peace with Egypt has been a strategic advantage. The threat from gaza and southern Lebanon may await resolution but reoccupation is not it and controlling those lands has no benefit other than tying up military resources and shekels. In god forbid a next war defending the isolated territories and Hebron will be a true exposure point. And I will not even comment at length on what yeshayahu leibowitz predicted would be the moral corruption of our youth and national values brought on by the subjugation of another people. That is the true price tag of the past 40 years.
24. Messianic fervor - stupid & worrisome
Frankie ,   Tel Aviv   (02.11.12)
Ha'Ivri wants eternal bloody conflict. We must annex only the big blocs - Ariel, Maale Adumim, Gush Etzion. But all the Tapuakhs, Yitzhars, Nokdims, Migrons we must evacuate & their ca. 30.000 settlers, Then a cold but pragmatic interim solution is feasible. Beware messianic fanatics!
25. True Zionists
Ussishkin ,   Tel Aviv   (02.12.12)
Settling on someone else's land. Kol Ha'Kavod
26. answer to #12
Michael ,   Haifa   (02.12.12)
Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the protection of civilian persons in time of war states: "The occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own population into the territories it occupies."
27. Land thiefs belong behind bars
Haim ,   TA   (02.12.12)
They are a bunch of dreamers, unfortuenelty reality dosent seem to come in to it for them. There violent extremist views and actions have lost them public support, nothing but a sad bunchof loosers.
28. To: No. 20
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.12.12)
It is our land. You are the interlopers and illegal squatters. Why cannot you people face reality?
29. Not as bad as people make it out to be
Barry Soetoro   (02.12.12)
look how well ethnic cleansing worked out for America.
30. #23. Israel can't "occupy" land we legally own.
Chaim ,   Israel   (02.12.12)
#23 Avramele. It is utter nonsense to speak of Judea and Samaria as "occupied". Israel's legal ownership of Judea and Samaria has been incontrovertibly proven by countless international law experts. Avramele, repeating a hoax ad infinitum doesn't make it true. Even Eugene Rostow, author of U.N. Resolution 242, admitted Israel owns Judea and Samaria. The P.A. refuses even to publicly debate the issue because even it knows Israel owns Judea and Samaria. MK Danny Ayalon has challenged the P.A. to debate Judea and Samaria and not one person in the entire P.A. has risen to the challenge. This land is ours, Avramele. Period.
