Hi, This is a member of the Viber Development Team! :) Thanks for reviewing Viber! We are very happy to see that so many people are interested in our app! Currently, Viber's focus is on adding platforms, features and integrating with more platforms, as well as improving overall system performance. At the same time, we are working on additional premium services that will generate revenue once they become available. The basic Viber service - Viber to Viber phone calls and text messages - will ALWAYS be free. If you have any question about Viber - please feel free to ask. Thank you, Viber Team

Am confused, its the 14 months the app has been live there have been NO new features, NO new integrations or offerings. Its a simple yet very smart app, but with absolute no business model. I realize the aim is to have some big company i.e. Skype, Google, Microsoft swoop in a make your dream come true, but with more and more telecom carriers blocking VoIP like what happened recently in Morocco how do you know the future for your app is actually stable. Also, Skype is a much more developed service by far, group conferencing, share-screens, call outside skype callers, its pretty awesome, Viber's claim to fame is the non registration sign up, pretty cool and the traffic unloaded via the companies other services i.e. iMesh. Great product, easy to use, but still a long ways away from reality.
