Psychological studies have shown that a great many people living in that region suffer from post-traumatic stress. Adults have also been traumatized by the missiles fired by terrorists in Gaza, and quite a few have had heart attacks and more have been hospitalized for shock. Moreover, your silly little comment about "walking with my boyfriend" (I'm married, by the way) is rude and obnoxious. There are real victims in south Israel, and ongoing uncertainty.
