This guy had no criminal record. One day, GSS arrests him and "interrogates" him for a few weeks with no lawyer, accusing him of every unsolved crime in Israel. At end of the "interrogation" the guy is so insane he can't stand trial. Now his lawyer will admit he is guilty so "there will be no trial which will spare the court time", that is to say, no one will have to present evidence that he did the crimes.
