31. Heartfelt condolences
mea   (02.16.12)
My heart goes out to the families.
32. If it ever happened to me, anywhere in the world,
Michael ,   California, USA   (02.16.12)
I would want Israeli doctors to treat me in emergency. I have never seen such commitment, hard work, attention to the smallest details as shown by Israeli doctors in emergency rooms. They do their best and do not hesitate to take risks. In contrast, American doctors will do whatever required by procedures and take only small risks, often not delivering the best possible treatment. That's my personal experience in both countries while I assisted people who needed emergency treatment.
33. #8 - you're disgusting, Ale
William ,   Israel   (02.16.12)
No one here is suggesting anything of the kind, and all are offering their condolensces. Perhaps you need to read the talkbacks here instead of jumping to your racist conclusions.

We would be happier if you would keep your crap off of this thread. This is about people being hurt and killed. Only a complete jerk would use this forum to spout such nonsense.
35. #12 - AMEN!
William ,   Israel   (02.16.12)
36. #30 - compared to...Denmark?
William ,   Israel   (02.16.12)
I've driven in many places around the world. Italy and Greece take the prize for the greatest crazy drivers. India is a close second. Israelis are not really bad drivers albeit a bit aggressive. Boston is a crazy place to drive because everyone is from out of town and no one shares the same rules of crazy driving. Your comments are out of line, sir.
37. #23 rivkah: Yes, a terrible thing but .....
David ,   Karmiel, Israel   (02.16.12)
the Palestinians are already blaming Israel for not helping and Haniyah is saying the truck driver did it deliberately! Hatred has no bounds and no decency when it comes to the Palestinians and their supporters some of who are Jews!
38. #36, I would say Egyptian drivers in Cairo are the worst.
Michael ,   California, USA   (02.16.12)
American and German drivers are the best. Some parts of Israel resembled Cairo once but it's been getting better.
39. May they rest in peace
Elisheva ,   Haifa   (02.16.12)
and a speedy recovery for the survivors
40. such heartbreak
sarah ,   jerusalem   (02.16.12)
My heart goes out to the parents of these children--what a terrible tragedy, what an unbearable loss. For those talking politics, you should know that this is irrelevant: Palestinians have helped Israelis in car crashes, and Israelis have helped Palestinians. Not everything here is about "the conflict." We are all parents. Mayb G-d comfort the mourners!
41. My condolences to the parents and relatives.
Roman ,   Lod, Israel   (02.17.12)
And to those who are worried sick about their injured children, they and you have my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully they will receive the best care possible and return home ASAP.
42. Prayers + Condolences
shira z ,   J'slm, Israel   (02.17.12)
My prayers for a full and speedy recovery for all the children, and heartfelt condolences to all the parents who have experienced the worst tragedy that a person can face. 8 children are dead - 8 mothers have to lay the fruit of their wombs in the ground, say happy birthday to a cold stone...
43. Shame
Robert Goldman ,   Kfar Saba Israel   (02.17.12)
I can't see how anyone can feel joy in this as I've seen here and on facebook. anyone who is actually finding joy and thinking that this was a good thing should take a long look at their humanity and then hold their breath for a couple of hours and do the world a big favor. Children are the future. no need to take your hate out on kids my condolances to the familes. and my heatfelt thanks to both sides for kicking in and helping the injured. may they get well very soon and enjoy their lives in peace.
44. not me, sorry
ale ,   italia   (02.17.12)
first: i'm not settler! second, i'm not jewish, and i not hate arabs. third, like i wrote, there are israelis ( and alls settlers ) happies for the collision. see on bibì fb page. read...... open your eyes "Racist comments appeared on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Facebook page after the school bus crash near Jerusalem on Thursday in which 10 children died and more than 40 were injured. Satisfaction that "only Palestinians" were the victims and slogans such as "Death to Arabs, why do we help them?" were posted on the Facebook pages of Netanyahu, Wallah and the Israel Police"
