For years I have heard ( in Israel) about all the anti semitism that Jews suffered in Europe and the Arab countries. In the past few years we have seen in Israel an alarming increase in acts of vandalism by Nationalist extremists, mostly against Muslims, but now also against Christians. This despicable violence is tolerated because the Knesset is now controlled by the ideological leaders of the vandals whose main interest is to pass laws to control and curtail the work of human rights organisations in Israel. but to answer your question: No there are no synagogues in the Vatican. and just for the record: Apart from Roman Catholic Churches there are no other Christian Churches located in the Vatican either. That would include the fact that there are no Baptist Churches in the Vatican.
