1. One thing is certain, the present system is no secure!

Hacking the Ministery of the Interior data base is old news. What is more disconcerting is that people are loosing confidential date or taking it hom eon their laptop computers or disks on key. Then comes the the "highest bidder"! Having an Identity Number certainly provides a certain amount of security but ID Cards are easily copied. A more secure system must be instituted but any medical information should not be included although there is a good argument for this. Today if a person is admitted to hospital, their health fund records are not available to the Emergency Room. This should be changed and would be a positive step but again, not in the Government Database.
