Israel does not provide shelters period. Shelters are part of the building code so when you build a home (or commercial building) you are obligated to also build a shelter as part of it. Most of the "minority" population ignore this and hence leave themselves vulnerable. Just think what hell would break loose in the international community if Israel gov demolished these homes because they did not comply with the building code.

Iran will not launch a nuclear attack only against Israel. The logic is simple: the Iranians know that a nuclear attack against Israel only, or against Israel and other countries, the result is the same: Iran complete destruction. So, is likely that the Iranian fanatics, if they have the opportunity to launch a nuclear attack, they will do targeting not only Israel but other enemy countries too.

Since Iran's pompous genocidists make such threats WITHOUT functional nuclear weapons, can you imagine how they'd act if Israel is loony enough to let them build nuclear bombs? Israel has a job to do. Let's get on with it and get it done!
