The fight of 10 to 1 is a bit too much for the two IDF men. Maybe 5 to 1 would have been more fair. The IDF are trained in self-defense to kick the butts of at least 3 assailants, I'm just deducing that 1 Israeli IDF is better than 5 Arab terrorists. The best Israeli IDF there ever was... was Samson who slew 2000 assailants (Philistines) in one fight.

From now on every soldier even in civilian clothing should be equipped by a gun that he can use for self DEFENCE and not prosecuted if he kills the assaillant ! In other countries the law is always in favor of the soldier who will sacrifice his life for defending his country ! Otherwise many lynching cases will occur even for the civil population ! It is time to adopt the COWBOY law of SELF DEFENCE !

Once the assailants are identified by the victims their HOME should be ERAZED from the earth ! Another LAW should be passed that if during the lynching a stone a knife a screwdriver or any harmful object is used the attacker will receive the maximum sentence of incarceration all the mentioned objects above being harmful to the health of the victim !

This was very disturbing to read. I hope that these attackers face the full severity of the law. I don't see things like this reported in the mainstream media in the US. It does seem that the news is slanted against Israel in many instances. I certainly hope these soldiers make a complete recovery.

why couldn't the guards shoot those thugs? did they have guns? permission has to be granted for civilians in Israel to shoot aggressive attackers ... regardless of who they are. the laws in Israel are so liberal and lax that people cannot defend themselves or others in the face of extreme violence .... people need to be armed somehow ..... these arabs are taking advantage of weak laws that don't protect victims ....

Yes I read the article thoroughly, it would seem you prefer to read into things too much... Nationalistic motives... yet there was no mention of this being motivated by the Israel - Palestine conflict. In fact I would say that this looks more to be an attempt to simply "Blame the Arabs" in a poor attempt at propaganda and inciting hate towards Arabs.
