61. Similar case.
uriel ,   Jerusalem   (02.26.12)
My university friend came from US a few days before Yom Kippur many years ago. He decided to see the Old City of Jerusalem and since he was the first time in Israel he started from a wrong gate: Damascus Gate. He was attacked by four Arabs near the Gate but he was a very well trained guy and just has beaten them up. He was forced by police to: 1) Pay a fine 10 000 dollars 2) Spent Yom Kippur in prison 3) He has told me that he will never come to this country again. It seems to me he never did even though he is Jewish. This case was many years ago so I don't have any need to write it here but to say that if a Jew is attacked in this country he is supposed to be afraid more than an Arab. I am! I often walk through the Old City and often think that if I'm attacked I will be held responsible.
62. Time to expel Arabs from Israel -all of them
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (02.26.12)
Exepl the Arabs - all of them. Expel them from Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, Gaza and Golan. Annex Judea, Samaria and Gaza. Raze the Al Aqsa mosque to the ground. Build the Third Temple. Attack and destroy Iran.
63. What an evil thing to say
Ruth Gunnvor Molvaer ,   Norway   (02.27.12)
Have you no sense of decency? Compassion? Or simply no brains? How can you make such a coldhearted, sarcastic comment ? I wonder how you would have defended yourself against a mob like this. Nobody can fight off such an attack. I bless the two soldiers of IDF, I will pray that the Lord give them complete healing and shalom. Ruth Gunnvor, Norway
64. What an evil thing to say-#9

My talkback 63.-comment to #9 Sorry, forgot to write that
65. Why Shocked
Anonymous ,   Palo Alto, USA   (02.27.12)
These kind of vicious attack occur with alarming frequency that no one should be shocked anymore. Rather, one should expect it and be on the defense 24/7. It happens not only in Israel, but worldwide (muslims/arabs attacking jews). I for myself, only feel saddened, and not shocked. Take action for a change, stopped being the pawn!
66. to # 15 and # 4
Gavriela ,   usa   (02.27.12)
They didn't rush to the hospital till after they'd gone out just for recreation. So it sounds like they were violating Shabbat in the beginning. But that does not excuse what happened to them. If they had kept Shabbat, they still would've gone out in order to go to the hospital, as probably the one soldier's arm would've started hurting, no matter where he was. I suggest that #15 read more carefully and not call #4 an asshole. And I suggest to #4 that the attack on the soldiers was not deserved.
