Because Israel knows full well it is not going to be able to fight against a monstrous(compared to Israel) country all alone even with their superior air weapons. Iran is more developed than the rest of the dormant ME countries & it has installed underground missiles to bring down any Israeli air attack.Plus Iran's Revolutionary Guards from years of conflict with its ME neighbors have currently emerged as quite a powerful army.Otherwise why do you think they will dare to start building nukes in front of the nuke-infested Israel?
