So does that mean this footage is fake?

i just watched the video... THERE IS NO indication where exactly the firing is going on.. i don't se any shots fired anywhere near or around the boy or his father if thats who they really are... not only that i see a man freely picking him up and bringing him behind a wall without seeing anyone shooting at him... so basically this is just a video of speculation... you know what its just like the aldurrah.. maybe even fake!

These are shocking pictures underlining the cruelty and barbarity of the Syrian regime and its "muchabaraat"/henchmen. May they help to overthrow the al-Assad regime and its cronies. I was surprised to find that Ynet did not deem it necessary to report on a recent important development in the French court case (Philippe Karsenty vs. Enderlin-France 2). I recall that Karsenty claimed that the whole incident in which Mohammed al-Dura was shot and killed, was faked. Enderlin-France 2 took Karsenty to court because of defamation. The court upheld the complaint against Karsenty and fined him in October 2006. Karsenty appealed against the verdict and a French Court of Appeal in May 2008 ruled in his favour, stating that he had a right to express his opinion. Enderlin/France2 appealed against this ruling and the case went to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court on Tuesday 28 of February 2012 overturned Karsenty's acquital and has now ordered a retrial. I am glad about this, because this will offer the opportunity to rationally weigh the evidence and unmask the conspiracy theorists like Karsenty, Landes etc. I wonder though why Ynet, who reported recently on the acquittal of Dr. David Yehuda in a similar case, does not deem it necessary to report on this important new development.

Is this like the faked al dura or like the channel 4 footage in syrian hospital , that has a lot of weird details in it or the footage of more hospital footage of hurt children being manhandled by the reporting doctor? Or is this real this time?

this appears to be a situation in which the syrians actually killed the boy...in contradistinction to the al-dura hoax, in which the boy was killed by the palestinians. one of the sources quoted said that the syrians were "as cruel as" the Israels. this shows how benighted he and others like him are. assad has killed over 5,000 PEACEFUL people. the Israelis responded to vicious attacks upon their civilians by mortal enemies and, still, killed about 20% of that number.
