The Azrielli Center and hundreds of other stores in Tel Aviv rely on the soldiers based at the Kiriya for business. Move some units away from the Kiriya so the army can downsize but it can't just sell it all off because there is to much to lose for the wider Tel Aviv community.

Of course it's dumb to keep soldiers on some of the most expensive real estate in the country.
6. #1? The Azrielli center relies on soldiers?

Soldiers who buy a coke or a packet of bamba. Much richer people will move into the area and all will be better for those in the area. Would you open a business that relied on soldiers? Here in Arad every cafe gives discounts to soldiers because they have so little money.
7. @1 u're joking right?!

I mean really I am middle class and I can't afford to even walk into the Azrieli Center...too expensive. So how is it that moving the soldiers will cut back on this center's business?
