1. "Peace lovers" have no problems with Arab WMDs!

2. Thank you Ehud Barak
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (03.09.12)
Imagine Hezbolla with Assad's chemical weapons. Now thank Ehud Barak, the man who single-handedly destroyed the SLA, routed the IDF and gave Hezbolla rule over Lebanon. After such a failure, Israelis would have to be idiots to give Ehud Barak any job.
3. #2 You are so right about Barak
Rachel ,   US   (03.09.12)
4. Hezbollah
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (03.09.12)
Not even Hassan Nasrallah would be stupid enough to use WMDs against Israel because he knows the consequences very well.
5. #4 imagine
(03.09.12)
Imagine that Israel launches an attack on Iran. Nasrallah knows that if Iran is seriously weakened, first Syria then Hezbolla then the Shia will be destroyed by the Sunni. Will he just sit on his missiles? Turn them over to the Sunni? Or will he use them against Israel, to go down in glory?
6. Forget "securing" those WMDs. Prepare to destroy them.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (03.09.12)
NATO was similarly "concerned" about Libya's smaller stocks of chemical weapons, ManPADs, etc. Given how much of those weapons stocks have "leaked" out of Libya, they failed to secure them. The proper course is to *destroy* those stocks, along with Syria's missiles, and anything that could be transferred to Hizbullah.
7. I didn't know Syria had ...

a WMD program. Gee you don't think they could have been flown and trucked out of Iraq during the UN imposed delay on the run-up to the last Gulf War!!! If I were Ban Ki Moon I'd issue an immediate UN resolution. I mean these resolution have worked so well in the past. So it goes!
8. There is something fishy about leaving..
Jules   (03.10.12)
... South Lebanon. 1) Loyal SLA has been betrayed, 2) a very important strategic area lost to Hezbolla. At least, Sinai was surrendered to Egypt in exchange for "peace", but was what the military (or any other) benefit of leaving South Lebanon ? Who issued the order ?
