Many moons ago , I believed in the notion of a two state solution based on 67 borders with adjustments . Not any more . In fact not for a number of years . I've come to realise that such a rational solution leading to an irrevocable treaty and peace and prosperity for both people is a mirage . A non starter . There can never be peace with these people or at least not with their so called leaders . I'm not sure what the solution is but giving them a state so that they can continue their evil objectives is not an option .

Israel did not escalate anything. Or did you think that Israel would simply ignore the missiles and mortar attacks over the past two weeks? And then when intelligence sources reported that a major terrorist attack against Israel was being plotted, of course Israel acted to protect its citizens. No one imagined the over 100 missiles fired into Israel over the weekend. Of course, Israel made the terrorist flotsam and jetsam in Gaza pay, and pay dearly, but remember this: it could have been much, much worse. Israel could have destroyed Gaza. It wouldn't take much time at all. So just shut your silly mouth and be grateful that Israel has been so generous as to target only weapons factories and missile launchers. We could have made it far more painful, yet chose to show restraint. What do you think would have been Gaza's fate had Israel decided to fire over 100 missiles into Gaza? Not even the anti-Semites in the European Union could have faulted us had we done precisely that.
