When over 75% of Americans think the Iraq war was a mistake, when over 75% of Americans want the US to leave Afghanistan immediately and Obama is losing support due to USD 4/gal gasoline, those numbers are extremely soft and once the bombs fall on Iran, will very likely turn very negative toward Israel and any attack on Iran. When the consequences of an attack on Iran directly hits every American's life hard, Americans will turn on Israel. Israelis will be shocked by how quickly things will go extremely negative.

Obama already said Israel has carte blanche. The decision is Israeli, not American. American opinion is irrelevant now. Gingrich is selling magic bullets on oil and gas prices; Presidents set the price of oil. Facts and markets are irrelevant.

A bit more details regarding this poll wouldn't hurt. Right now it looks like anybody could do a poll on anything or at least say so. If this poll is 'real' then we expect you guys to state the source of the poll otherwise it's not journalism: You could rather sit at the next coffee shop and start the rumor...

That pole was not taken in my area. We are tired of senseless wars. Israel can do what it wants but do not expect any help from US.
