As an Iranian, I thank Mr. Peres for his greetings. The vast majority of Iranians have no problems with Israel and respect your sovereignty and your right to exist. In fact, we share the same enemies of humanity consisting of Islamic fascism. Remember, we have been historical brethren for over 2500-years.

It was made in 2011 and received an Academy Award (the Oscar) for the best foreign film. It shows many positive and many difficult sides of life in modern Iran. Many characters in the movie could easily pass for common Israelis in any neighborhood. A believable, well filmed and presented story. Israel would certainly not want to harm common Iranians like those seen in this film.
