As a software engineer I lived and worked in France and Australia 7 years before coming back to Turkey. The only one who is disputing the land is the Israeli Government. In 2005 there were 2 rulings by Israeli Supreme Court, B'Tselem and the Security Fence and the Gaza Disengagement Plan.
