a warrant.
2. Lieberman's order
graczek ,   Maryland, USA   (03.26.12)
Lieberman's order concerning the UNHRC is merely another item that proves the inherent aggressiveness and criminality of the Zionist state. It is, however, a good talking point for the movement to free all of Holy Palestine. So thanks, Mr. Lieberman!
3. HRC
ray stuart ,   Z├╝rich   (03.26.12)
Congratulations Lieberman. HRC is just one of many Anti-Israel Organizations who should not be given the time of day...
4. Avigdor Lieberman I agree with you all the way..
Ivan ,   South Africa   (03.26.12)
5. Lieberman has made a good first step.
Chaim ,   Israel   (03.26.12)
The HRC is a viper's nest of hypocrites, Jew and Israel haters. It is the friend of every terrorist and tyrant. As is the entire despicable U.N. Lieberman has made a good first step. The West should allow the U.N. to die. It is not worth a dime of taxpayer support.
6. Lieberman! Yashir Koah!
Baruch ,   SA,TX: USA   (03.26.12)
7. Leibermanis a huge asset for Palestinian PR worldwide

Keep up your facist work!
8. Time to stand for Israel to stand up to the Un bullies
Israeli grandma   (03.26.12)
While we are about it we should campaign to close down the UNWRA in its present form, since it has become merely a huge employer of labour and useless officials, while it maintains thousands of permanent professional "refugees".
9. Talk about improving Israel's image around the world.
Ariel ,   Mexico   (03.26.12)
10. Why whats he got to hide ?
Haim ,   TA   (03.26.12)
Surely the former night club bouncer currently under police investigation for money laundering has nothing to hide.
...DACON9   (03.26.12)
REDICULOUS. The lack of knowledge of ISRAEL, THE LAND, THE HISTORY, THE WARS, THE CONQUEST BY KING DAVID, THE TORAH and the lack of current leadership. There must be a time when the game ends. The longer the game the deeper the enemy sets his footprint. I AGREE with this move. also the other fraudulent orginizations, move on , freedon or what ever the name for the day soros stay in sweden
12. Oh YES,
Birdi ,   Israel & proud of it   (03.26.12)
Best news of the day. That's right Lieberman, you show the world we wont be pushed around. Now stick to your decision. YAY.

It's about time that Israel gain some respect.
15. Bravo! The first sane Israeli politician.
BUTSeriously ,   Australia   (03.26.12)
The UN is a corrupt body and may also have heinous crimes on its hands. Its called PAYOLA. This will be exposed and the culprits must be brought to trial.
16. My respect, FM Liebermann
Heinz Fritschi ,   Switzerland   (03.26.12)
I and many of my Swiss friends agree with your decision.
17. Absolutely correct to stop the UNHRC
Ernst Graf ,   Schweiz   (03.26.12)
from their arrogant and defaming attitude towards Israel. Masel toff.
18. Iran justified its refusal of intern. inspectors
with the same accusations that are used here. Iran and Israel have the same attitude towards the UN. Funny, isn't it?
19. Not quite the right message...
Steven Gilbert ,   Teaneck   (03.26.12)
the correct message s/b that so long as a double standard exists with respect HRC investigtation and criticism of human rights in Iran, Syria, China, Russia, North Korea, Zimbawe, Pakistan, Venezuela, Egypt, Lebannon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Somalia, Turkey (Kurds Armenians and Cyprus), Iraq (Kurds), and Cuba, and Gaza, Israel will refuse to be singled out. In other words, Israel should remind HRC that inordinate focus on Israel before egregious violators is a bias that will not be countenanced. Hasbara is important. Don't just cut off HRC; use the opportunity to make a clear and succinct statement!!
20. #10
Anna ,   Montreal, Canada   (03.26.12)
What are you trying to say that you personally never had to work to support your studies in college and university, had you? Sure this statement can get someone to concern that you hide a skeleton in you closet. How a person by the name Haim can be so ignorant and hateful? Mr. Lieberman is an outstanding politician who serves Israel at this very difficult time very well. The police investigation is a part of the unprecedented campaign from the leftists in power to destroy a strong opponent of their vision of the future of Israel. Don't you think ~15 years it's a little bit too long for anyone to be under investigation?
21. #2, #7 Liberman a visionary
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (03.26.12)
Like him or not, Lieberman is a visionary. When Lieberman called Mubarak a corrupt dictator he was roundly condemned, but a few months later everyone agreed with him. Even the Egyptian people followed Lieberman's lead and want to hang Mubarak for his crimes. While Clinton and Obama called Assad a great leader, Lieberman stated that he was a brutal thug. Now, the world agrees, even terror organizations like Fatah and Hamas, that Lieberman was right.
22. Mazal Tov
Yisraeli   (03.26.12)
Finally Israel has some self respect and about time too. Dont play theyre game, remove yourself from their evil midst. I just hope Israel stays with this move and not do the usual Barak shuffle.
23. First of the line out the door probably.
Ypip ,   Canada   (03.26.12)
Israel is no threat to anyone except those who seek to destroy it.
24. UN Human Rights Council is Rabidly Anti-Human rights,
Linda Rivera ,   New York, USA   (03.26.12)
anti-Jew, anti-Israel and anti-Free World. It is despicable taxpayers are FORCED to finance this wicked organization. It was also considered illegal for Jews to live in Europe during the Holocaust where six million Jews were barbarically murdered. Every decent person on earth should be VERY concerned that the EVIL UN and other ruling elites consider it illegal for Jews to live and breathe in the highly cherished JEWISH, Biblical homeland of Judea and Samaria. Please G-D, protect Israel and Jews!
25. THANK YOU...
les ,   canada   (03.26.12)
26. Only self-respecting reaction is to extend sovereignty
Tracy W   (03.26.12)
to all of Judea, Samaria, Jordan Valley, and eastern Jerusalem. International law recognized long ago Jewish Israel's right to this land (see Office for Israeli Constitutional Law site). The United Nations is obligated to abide by previous agreements by the League of Nations. By delegitimizing Israeli right to the land through harassment and expulsion of Jews, threats of more impending expulsions, and by constantly talking about Two States, the Israeli government shares a big part of the blame for other countries and international organizations attacking Israelis' right to build and live on that land.
27. graczek @2, and it matters because ...?
leo ,   usa   (03.26.12)
28. Excellent decision!
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.26.12)
If you look at the countries that make up the UNHRC, you will find quite a few nations that number among the worst human rights abusers in the world. Israel should absolutely refuse to allow these miscreants entry into Israel. What we could do, just as one example, is ask China (an HRC member) to give Israel access to Tibet. You know, to check out the human rights situation there. Do you see that going anywhere? I don't. The UNHRC can all go to hell, where they richly deserve to be.
29. christianpalestinian @7, Nope, didn't work. Try again.
leo ,   usa   (03.26.12)
30. Oh, if only the US would do likewise and break with UNHRC
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (03.26.12)
The UN nest of vipers, otherwise known as the Human Rights Council, was boycotted by the US under Bush. But Obama with his love of international organizations rejoined it, funds it, and sits at the table. To reform it, so he says. But as the HRC enters its second five-year term, nothing - NOTHING - has changed. The US is often the lone vote against the unending stream of anti-Israel resolutions, and the US continues to pay some 22% of its budget. It's time the US ended its futile quest to reform that evil body. It's time to pull out.
