1. In this case, Gaza and Hamas would be the first to go.
Noodles ,   Coney Island   (03.27.12)
"Cast Lead" would come to be considerded as mere child's play
2. Hamas Retaliation
Marty ,   Toronto, Canada   (03.27.12)
Do Hamas not understand - any Israeli attack on Iran will be by long range fighter/bombers, drones and maybe a few commando teams etc. The majority of the army, helicopters and some older vintage fighter jets will be free and available to facilitate any required response in Gaza.
3. Hamas role: target practice for IDF, INF and IAF
(03.27.12)
Unless of course they shut up, hide in their rat holes, and thank Allah for not going under, like Teheran.
4. Neither Hamas nor Fatah will be partners in peace
Yael Schlichting ,   Kiryat Motzkin   (03.27.12)
Both are foreigh controlled subsidiaries to terrorize Jews. It started with the Arabs refusing to give their brothers a home. They had a better use for this poor people. They needed a fifth column that allowed them, the Arab governments, to officially stay out of the business but in fact control what is happening in the region. Iran only adopted this way of dealing with the region. They installed their own proxies and with these, they can act around the world, without being blamed directly. They will always point out the situation under which these people are living and that this was the real reason for all the violence. In fact, they are preventing any solution, because they want to keep their proxies. Both, Fatah and Hamas, Hezbollah, Jihad Islami..... are no partners in peace. There cannot be any negotiations with these groups, because the real partners to negotiate are sitting in Tehran and Riyadh.
5. PERFECT!!!
Dan ,   Florida - Tel Aviv   (03.27.12)
That would be the time to wipe Gaza off the map and for Israel to retake Gaza or offer it back to Egypt as a peace offering to become a beach front resort town absent of any Muslims.
6. Two great kisser
Susya Bar Dror ,   Israel   (03.27.12)
exchanging tongue kisses according to the sharia.
7. Hamas should keep one thing in mind
BEN JABO ,   ISRAEL   (03.27.12)
That they are contained in a finite space ,making themselves to be easy targets, like ducks in a shooting gallery One additional fact, I don't believe that either Iran or Hamas has developed a "Halal" missile that would limits its destruction to only Jews
8. first Gaza second Iran
Yoav ,   Tel Aviv   (03.27.12)
destroy gaza broke iran's arms
9. The logical step ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.27.12)
... would be to simply first bat Hamas away like the annoying gnats they are before focusing on Iran. Real punishment, not the careful and measured operation in Cast Lead. Leave no two stones standing. Otherwise, Israel will be faced with having to divert resources to deal with a second front. Taking care of Gaza first will take some of the wind out of Iran's sails.
10. $33 million
Devorah   (03.27.12)
and not a cent reappropriated for fuel to keep the Gazan citizens on their feet. Essentially no electricity, no water and one baby dead that we know of. Israel was the only one to bring diesel fuel into Gaza albeit a temporary fix. May the citizens of Gaza realize that Israel isn't such a bad place after all.
11. #9, and step two should be re-occupying S. Lebanon.
Jake ,   USA   (03.27.12)
Only then, from a formidable position of strength, should Israel embark on a war to destroy the Iranian nuclear facilities (perhaps the regime as well). There have been several rumors that Israel is planning on simultaneously re-occupying S. Lebanon during any operation against Iran. It would be wise to eliminate Iran's proxies prior to, not during, the looming war.

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.28.12)
Israel has always known that sooner or later we would have to deal with the terrorist rabble in South Lebanon. May as well do that when Gaza is dealt with. Let the international community do its squawking all at once.

Israel should be pleased to have eloquent spokepersons like you. You go, girl!
14. Iran sanctions failing
Will Barnard   (03.28.12)
India is one of the main countries helping Iran evade sanctions. scheming double-crosser that is chummy with both Israel & Iran simultaneously. Tries to milk the best deals from both countries....oil from Iran and high-tech weapons from Israel. Don't trust the Indians a wink !
15. @will barnard
raol ,   India   (03.28.12)
Will - we learn from the best in the west (i.e. USA's relation to Pakistan and the Saudi's - both bent on bleeding India). Were looking out for our own and not interested in what the west thinks. We use Iran for their oil, Israel for their weapons. I dont think they mind, so i guess were doing just fine!!! raol

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.28.12)
Thank you very much for your kind words. I am hardly any country's spokesperson! I'm just blessed to have been the beneficiary of an excellent education, coupled with a good command of the English language and a desire to put both to work to combat lies and misconceptions about the State of Israel. Thank you again!

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (03.28.12)
You have GOT to be kidding! Looking out for your own? How many people die in the streets of Calcutta every day? Not to mention other cities in India. How many children have been sold into slavery to weaving companies, and weave Dhurrie rugs while chained to a loom? How many desperate poor people sell one of their kidneys so that they can feed their families? How many so-called "physicians" operate ultrasound clinics and back-street abortion mills so that no one has to bear a daughter that their husband does not not want? How many burnt brides die in India on a daily basis? India -- a nuclear power -- a country where cows run free, but three-quarters of its people starve to death. Is that really your idea of "doing just fine?" It isn't mine. No one is "bleeding" India. All those golden threads in India are doing just fine on their own. You should be ashamed.
18. This is a less-than clever ploy for their 'Earth Day".
Ypip ,   Canada   (03.28.12)
Assad and Hezbollah want some juicy photos of Palis along the borders of Golan and south Lebanon at the mercy of the IDF for the Arab and general leftist media. That's their more immediate plan for this one, I suspect.
