For keeping an Israeli national in jail for 6 months without charge, especially when they realized he was no threat very early on?

3. # 2 thesame can be said for Khader Adnan

Khader Adnan was held without charges as well for more than 6 months, so can he sue as well? Adnan as well wasn't charged with a crime while under administrative detention, you'd think if he was a threat, he would have been charged.

Why didn't the "concerned" mother ask Hezbollah/Ham-Ass to release her son? After all she watches Terrorist TV - let the family get the terrorists to help her not Israel or the biased IRC.

Do not mistake this man for the innocent Khader Adnan. This man entered Lebanon illegally, that is the first charge. Second, he was accused of being a spy. He had charges against him, and they were clear. He was then spat out by the Lebanese judicial system once he was deemed not a threat.

Avi That is a ridiculous statement. I read Al Jazeera on the internet - does that make me a spy?
Ever heard of "Know your enemy"?
