He has freedom of speech as evidence by his treasonous diatribe against the Jewish state where he lives...in any Arab country, #1 a Jew would never be allowed to serve in the government body that makes the laws, and 2. should a Jew express treasonous sentiments like Tibi is...that Jew would be hanged as an example to quell any who think differently than the ruling government. Go neigh at Arab countries where there is indeed no freedom of speech!!!!

It's an absolute disgrace that this enemy of the State of Israel is allowed to sit in the Knesset. Withdraw his parliamentary immunity, charge him with sedition and if he is found guilty put him in prison for a long.long time. Enough is enought!
