1. Pretty hard to forge a deed of sale
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.03.12)
.... especially the part where you have the official stamps and seals. The whole ersatz "Palestinian" claim is a lie, start to finish.
2. LET THE PALIS PRODUCE THEIR DEED TO THIS PROPERTY
(04.03.12)
and of course let us all brace ourselves for their story that the deed was stolen by the Jews... instead of their current story that the deed was forged by the Jews.
3. Mossad forged passports, Shin Bet can
observer ,   Egypt   (04.04.12)
4. If I had made the sale, I'd deny it too
Daniel ,   Formerly Israel   (04.04.12)
Under PA law selling land to Jews is punishable by death. I'm a pretty honest guy, but I'd lie through my teeth in that circumstance, as would anyone else.
5. Machpelah house
nadya ,   Garden Grove, CA.,US   (04.04.12)
I don't understand why the police and military assisted the settlers in throwing the owner's of the house out. And now, the police and military want to evict the settler's, why did they aid them in the first place?
6. To: No. 3
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.12)
Careful. You're standing on a VERY slippery slope. Do you know how many Jews from Egypt can reclaim their homes and business in Cairo and Alexandria? Nobody forged ANYTHING. Unlike Egypt, where business is done on the basis of graft, corruption and baksheesh, in Israel, property title transfers are legitimate and documented. You are a complete imbecile.
7. WB Arabs can settle in Tel Aviv If Jews can settle West Bank
Steven Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (04.04.12)
8. Life is sweet in Israel
John ,   Hamilton, ON   (04.04.12)
If you're Jewish. A Palestinian family thrown out of their home in the middle of the night by settlers supported by armed soldiers and policemen. The next day we learn how inappropriate it would be to evict the Jewish militants without due process. The only democracy in the middle east (if you are a Jew)
9. #1: Actually, it isnt
jerusalem   (04.04.12)
...as it has been done before; the practice is (unknowingly to you) one of the infamous measures taken against previous Palestinian residents. If its not happening in Hebron, then its is in Jerusalem. I wonder what developments have come to be with the Saraya Community Center case, whose 'rightful owners' claim the same assumption despite the ironic fact they had to break into the center through breaking through a wall of a nearby israeli center in the middle of the night. Time will tell on the future of that house. If its such a lie, then how come your state doesnt have international support and recognition, with Jerusalem as its capital? Or is the 'whole world against you', the 'chosen people'?
10. even if the sale was legitimate
Yael ,   Canada   (04.04.12)
then the settlers own 0.8% of the property.
11. To: No. 10
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.04.12)
Do you really think that a sale would have been permitted with only 0.8% of the so-called "owners" of the property represented? Can you spell "power of attorney?" Have you ever bought or sold property?
12. Why does police and IDF help taking houses in middle of nigh
Simo ,   Finland   (04.04.12)
When the same was done in the 30's is told by "them" to us constantly.. Now they do it. If the ownership is legitimate the police and army are not needed to act in the middle of night. If not naturally they act in the middle of night armed with guns, thieves do so always.
13. Muslims must have proof of house where they live..
Anna M Sedda ,   Rome-Italy   (04.04.12)
Normali thei "invent" stories" about one hundread generations bullshit, like the fact that no photo of muhammad is show, but they kilt in muhammad name.. We must teach muslim to' show papers for stay in Israel;and all the Palies in Jerusalem with Jordan passport should be' deported in Jordan..
14. 11: I am guessing that you are assuming things there
jerusalem   (04.04.12)
because if you are really familiar with the matter you should know by now that yes, it is legal for anyone with a share of a property, no matter how small, has the right to sell their, and only their share. This is with and without the consent of the sharing holders of the estate. Are you even slightly familiar with this matter?
15. # 2 Quite right! No deed no ownership.
Bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (04.04.12)
so typical of all pals, lie, lie, lie and expect the Jewish authorities to beat up on settlers or, anyone they choose to target.
16. Eviction by police?
Bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (04.04.12)
Whatever happened to the courts and judgments? This all reminds me of 'the police state' tactics that evade the law and any real proof of who owns what. When did the police become, judge, jury, and enforcer? This is not appropriate, do the research fully before the 'evictions' otherwise, the police and they system look broken.
17. @#9
Lenya ,   Australia   (04.04.12)
You sound very sarcastic about the 'Chosen People' and you call yourself Jerusalem or is that where you dwell? If that is the case how were you able to comment here without a name or an address? Is the majority always correct as you seem to be claiming? Was the world correct when they kept quiet while six million Jews were exterminated by Hitler? or was that a lie too? "Hebron" hmm that sounds very Arabic.... "Jerusalem" another Arabic word. how smart the international recognition is. How clever of you.
