Already infrastructure here is oveburdened with nearly a million residents in a togagraphical situation that cannot accomodate such a number. It has already been almost impossible for local residents to enjoy their surroundings in peace and quiet the only ones benefitting from this will be the money grubbing mogals as usual while the residents will experience a nighmare.
