3. Match maker,match maker, make me a

match. The young girls with the problem should marry the young haredi men, that also have a problem, the haredi young men served in the IDF in a Battalion, called Netzach Yehuda, and for the sin of serving in the Army of Tzar Nicolay, the young haredi men were ostracized by the haredi community, and can't marry,so,the young men who served the country, and are also talmudic scholars, will be very happy to marry the young ladies and redeem them from spinsterhood.
4. A number of crazy things here
Chaya ,   Tel Aviv   (04.10.12)
1. Believing that a 'hex' is keeping them from getting married. 2. Having to go through a shadchan in order to get married. 3. Not understanding that insulting a classmate is wrong. These are people I have no understanding of.
5. unmarriageable at 19
iselin ,   Oslo, Norway   (04.10.12)
Maybe this is a message from the great spiritual one (otherwise known as a coincidence) telling these girls to wait until they are older, more mature and above all, educated and working in the real world, before getting married. Or won't their rabbis let them get educations. Or maybe they don't even know that there are educations out there to get. Yeech. Glad I'm not one of them.
6. Why aren't they serving in the I.D.F.?
jason white ,   afula, israel   (04.11.12)
Either that or throw them in prison! Why do Jewish women serve and these hara-dims do not?
7. Hexes
r ,   Tampa, US   (04.11.12)
Unbelievable!! These haredi girls actually believe that a hex is the reason why the entire class is still not engaged? Has Bnei Berak regressed to the Dark ages? On that note, I know a warlock that could brew a certain potion that will fix things for them, I believe it's Glatt Kosher too......
8. I'm not young, not old! Like to dance, in for a good tickle!
Jerry ,   The Netherlands   (04.11.12)
9. Chareidim
Yehudi ,   Jerusalem   (04.11.12)
This article has nothing to do with education or serving in the army. Why is it brought up? Stick to the subject. Stop insulting the chareidim for your self guilt of not observing the Torah.
10. The wrong attitude to marriage
Israeli grandma   (04.11.12)
These girls have been brainwashed to believe that they "must" be married by a certain early age. This is the problem. If they were given a better and broader education, and if when refusing army service or Sherut Leumi were able to gain professional qualifications after age 18, they would not already have an empty life without the fuss and prestige of being engaged to fill a big unmentioned gap.
11. to #9 You stop insulting us by comparing
jason white ,   afula, israel   (04.11.12)
them to Jews that defend Israel and work and pay taxes to support you and these other parasites. They should have their worthless lives spent in part in a labor camp. Let them give back something to the state for once. And leave us Jews alone!
12. Why no IDF
Eliezer Eisenberg ,   Chicago   (04.11.12)
Why the chareidim don't serve? Many do. Of those that do, they face denigration and abuse at the hands of the ignorant majority that are serving with them, who want to knock them out of their stupid religiosity. It's no wonder that many chareidim aren't willing to join that tool of forced assimilation. There were enough Teimanim that were forced to abandon their religion.
13. Very practical. On Yom Kippur we are told that you can be as
(04.12.12)
big a holy-roller as you want, you can pray with all of your might for forgiveness for your rudeness, your selfishness, your talking behind people's backs...but it won't do you a bit of good unless you actually go and ask THE PERSON you have insulted, hurt, embarrassed, etc and ask THEM to forgive you. There's an expression: "what goes around, comes around" -- I guess if you call it something "Haredi" you'll poo-poo at it and scoff, but call it....oh, something cool like....Karma, if you will. If you have hurt someone significantly, that pain will come right back to you in one fashion or another. Doesn't that sound a bit less....hoodoo-voodoo now? (this is sinking a little low even for Ynet in the Haredi-bashing department, btw. This is "news"? Oh, yes, Mr. Nahshoni on a mission again.)
14. 19 and unmarried!!!!
Dorothy Friend ,   Tel Aviv   (04.17.12)
Oh, the tragedy!!!!!! Well, at least they are not blaming secular Jews for their problems this time. Maybe their moms mixed up the silverware or their dads didn't wait until the end of nida so they are being punished for the sins of their parents.
