In 2006, the government was stalling on settling the lawsuit over the back rent due on the land Homesh had been built on. Has that lawsuit been settled? Has the back rent been paid? is current rent being paid? The Disengagement from Homesh was intended in part to try and make the suit go away, but the land never was disengaged fully. Oops.
